Parents And Grands Say This Light-Blocking Crib Tent Is A Sleep ‘Lifesaver’

“This has been a lifesaver for traveling and trips to the grandparents. Loved how dark it made the playpen area. It creates perfect sleeping conditions if you use a sound machine and a portable fan. Also set it up before you travel so you’ll know what you need to make everything work the way you need” — Placeholder

“I bought this for my grand child and love it. Previously, it was “fun” using pillows and blankets to create a dark room and required prior planning. Now it’s easy!! No more wishing for better black out curtains or worrying about traveling.” — EJ

“THIS IS THE BEST INVENTION IN EXISTENCE! The SlumberPod is like a soft, good quality tent made from the best shirt money can buy. We are living in a small room with two skylights with out 3 year old and 6 month old, and that thing has saved my sanity! It creates a dark space on bright days, and stops my baby from waking up at the butt crack of dawn! It also was amazing to use while travelling, it kept that baby asleep for way longer than she would have normally. It make put together like a wonky tent, but it’s still easy to do! It may be an eensy, teensy bit sheer, but who cares! It’s not like the mesh shirts yuppies wore in the 90′s! I will still recommend this product to every person I know! And if they come out with one that covers a king size bed, imma be gettin’ one for myself!” — Sammy C.

A must for parents sharing a room with a baby! This is the best infant product ever! When the sun doesn’t set until 9pm and rises at 5am, you need your baby to sleep. When blackout curtains on our 5 bedroom windows was out of the question, I did some research. I’m so happy that I came across this product. Our little one loves sleeping in it, and is neither too hot nor too cold at night. It definitely has saved my sanity!” — C. Graves

“This product was gifted to me, and I have not used it for travel. My 11-month-old has never been a good sleeper, he wakes on average three times a night. He’s not hungry, but we would give him a bottle just to get him back down in under an hour, night feeds haven’t been necessary for a while, but it was a comfort for him. We have tried every sleep training method we could find, cry-it-out, the chair method, pick up put down, Ferber, etc. We even were entertaining the idea of doing the Batelle sleep school (with a hefty price tag $1,500!?).Then my superhero sister set up the slumberpod for me while we were visiting. THIS THING IS MAGIC. I was unsure about every day use, since it’s supposed to be for travel. However, my child slept through the night on night one. Night two he woke twice, but went back down without a huge fight and within 30 minutes. We are used to 3+ hours of crying to the point of him getting so worked up he gets sick. Night three and four – slept through. He had never slept through the night twice in a row… If you are at your wits end, I would strongly suggest this as an option. It has saved our sanity. It is worth every red cent. I wish we would have found it sooner!” — Margaret Wahl [Note: This post has been condensed for length. Read the full review here.]

“LOVED THIS PRODUCT!! We decided to go camping for Memorial Day Weekend with our 8 week old and it was worth every penny. It was easy to set up, we put it over the traveling crib inside the tent and she slept so good. Highly recommend for camping or any form of traveling with a baby.” — Nancy

″…We used it along with the Merlin sleep suit last night in grandparents office and we got our first solid 12 hour night! Wahoo. The room has absolutely no curtains in it so it’s all slumber pod for blackout. Much easier than having to cover all the windows.
It really is blackout inside and has a pocket for the baby monitor and also a sound machine! Highly recommend. Should be on ALL baby registries!!” — RooMonkeyDoo
